Jiangmen citizen Mr. Feng could not help complimenting when he was driving on the new modernization road passing through Tianfu Road Black pitch road surface, white LED street lamp, colored zebra crossing, beautiful green strip and coming and going colorful vehicles...recently, the first road using LED lighting and colored slip resistant zebra crossing in our city—Tianfu Road (Baishi Avenue-Fazhan Avenue) has finished displaying its colorfulness, modernization, energy-saving and humanization. Tianfu Road (Baishi Avenue—Fazhan Avenue) is one of the important urban city building projects and the total investment is 8800 thousand; south up to Baishi Avenue, north to Fazhan Avenue, 500 meters long, 35 meters width and it is a sub-road in the city. It uses modified pitch concrete road surface and rain and sewage diversion and street lamp equipment, greening equipment and traffic safety facilities. It is said that the whole road construction of Tianfu Road makes four bright spots stand out: this is the first road using LED lighting in Jiangmen City (cheap LED lights); and the first colored slip resistant zebra crossing road; in addition, it also uses seamless construction and unique sidewalk displaying the concept energy-saving and emissions reducing, scientific development, civilian oriented municipal administration, people oriented. Especially the adoption of LED lighting (wholesale LED christmas lights), it saves almost 10 thousand yuan electric charge a year and does not influence the lighting effect. “The completion and throughtrain of Tianfu Road project further strengthen the road traffic in north new district and greatly contribute to create ecological environment protection in our city.” Jianfmen City Municipal Councils officials said. At the stage of road design, municipal council carried out early argument with City Planning Department and Design Institution basing on people oriented concept; they integrate municipal facilities with cityscape; and they combine with the river bank remediation and move one sidewalk to the river bank cooperating with slope greening and hydrophilic concepts; they organically combine the double functions traffic and leisure andcreate a harmony landscape between human beings and the nature.
